Warranty Coverage
- All preowned devices come with a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the original purchase date.
- The warranty covers functional defects, including hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
- If a defect is identified within the warranty period, customers may request a replacement or repair, rather than a refund.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, liquid exposure, or signs of tampering.
- Battery degradation due to normal wear and tear.
- Software-related issues such as viruses or data loss.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 2 days from the original purchase date.
- Devices must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Factory reset is required to erase all personal data before returning.
- All security locks, including PINs, passwords, and accounts (such as iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc.), must be removed.
- Devices showing physical damage, signs of tampering, or unauthorized repairs may be subject to refund denial or additional fees.
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned devices unless deemed defective under warranty conditions.
- The fee covers processing, testing, and resale costs.
Refund Process
- Contact TechDotCom customer support at 1-868-465-0581 to initiate the return process.
- Securely package and return the device to our designated location. Tobago customers must ensure proper shipping to prevent damage.
- Upon receipt and inspection, eligible refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
- Failure to remove security locks or reset the device properly may result in refund delays or rejection.
