TechDotCom Warranty & Refund Policy for Preowned Devices

At TechDotCom, we are committed to providing high-quality preowned devices and a seamless customer experience. Our warranty and refund policy ensures transparency and fairness while protecting both the customer and our business.


Warranty Coverage

  • All preowned devices come with a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the original purchase date.
  • The warranty covers functional defects, including hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • If a defect is identified within the warranty period, customers may request a replacement or repair, rather than a refund.
  • The warranty does not cover: 
    • Physical damage, liquid exposure, or signs of tampering.
    • Battery degradation due to normal wear and tear.
    • Software-related issues such as viruses or data loss.


Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days from the original purchase date.
  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Factory reset is required to erase all personal data before returning.
  • All security locks, including PINs, passwords, and accounts (such as iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc.), must be removed.
  • Devices showing physical damage, signs of tampering, or unauthorized repairs may be subject to refund denial or additional fees.


Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned devices unless deemed defective under warranty conditions.
  • The fee covers processing, testing, and resale costs.


Refund Process

  1. Contact TechDotCom customer support at 1-868-465-0581 to initiate the return process.
  2. Securely package and return the device to our designated location. Tobago customers must ensure proper shipping to prevent damage.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Important Notes

  • Failure to remove security locks or reset the device properly may result in refund delays or rejection.
  • For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect when contacting our support team.
