Data Security

Customers must ensure that all personal data is removed from the device before selling.

Ensure that all locks are removed, including iCloud and Google accounts.

The company will perform a factory reset on all purchased devices to ensure data security.

Purchase Process

1. Customers must provide proof of ownership and a valid ID.

2. The device will be inspected by a technician to assess its condition.

3. An offer will be made based on the inspection and pricing guide.

4. If the offer is accepted, the customer will sign a sales agreement, and payment will be processed.

5. Most transactions will be processed via bank transfer.

Restrictions

The company reserves the right to refuse to purchase any device that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Devices with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be accepted.
